Refund & Returns Policy - MuscleForge
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as resistance bands, mats, or worn gear cannot be returned once opened.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@muscleforge.fitness with photos of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
